Welcome to Postbird! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of
Postbird’s email hosting services (“Services”). By signing up or using
our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Account Registration
To use Postbird, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into
agreements. Provide accurate, complete account information. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized
access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Services Provided
Postbird provides:
Email hosting under your domain(s) Webmail access (e.g., SOGo) Spam and virus filtering Secure transmission and authentication (TLS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any
time with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Postbird to:
Send spam, phishing, or malware Violate any applicable law or regulation Infringe on intellectual property rights Harass, abuse, or harm others Disrupt or interfere with our infrastructure We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these rules.
Payment and Billing
Pricing is $5.00/month per user, including 20GB of storage. Payments are billed monthly Non-payment may result in account suspension after a grace period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services unless
required by law.
Data Ownership and Privacy
You own all data stored or transmitted through your email account. We do not scan, mine, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your account with notice if:
You violate these Terms Payment fails repeatedly It’s necessary to protect the service or other users Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before
permanent deletion.
Service Availability
We strive for high uptime and reliability, but no service can
guarantee 100% availability. Postbird is provided on an “as-is” and
“as-available” basis.
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or productivity due
to downtime, although we do our best to avoid it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the fees
paid by you in the past 12 months. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you via email
or in-app messages. Continued use of the service after updates means
you accept the revised Terms.
